Refund Policy

Direct purchases through dryx.ai

For purchases made directly through dryx.ai, refund requests may be sent to [email protected] within 14 days of purchase. Dryx offers full refunds within this period, no questions asked.

This applies to the Lifetime Deal as well — Lifetime purchases are eligible for the same 14-day refund. After 14 days, purchases are final.

Mac App Store purchases

For purchases made through the Mac App Store, refunds are handled by Apple under Apple's refund policies. Contact Apple Support to request a refund.

Subscription cancellations

You can cancel a subscription at any time — through your customer portal link (direct purchases) or your Apple ID account settings (App Store purchases). Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period, and paid access remains available until that date.
